We are pleased to announce that for the 2019 Tewkesbury Food Festival, Martha Collison will be demonstrating her talents as part of our cookery theatre, followed by a book signing.

Martha holds the title of the youngest ever baker on The Great British Bake Off, achieving an impressive Quarter-Final finish. In addition to this, Martha is the author to two books, as well as a weekly column for the Waitrose Weekend Paper and her own blog.

Martha has a fun and relaxed approach to baking. She loves interesting and unusual flavor combinations and takes huge pleasure in both creating and eating delicious food. Martha is sure to be a fantastic addition to the festival, we can't wait to see her demonstration!
